We start with a kickoff call and your pre-work

A 30-minute kickoff call gets your tools downloaded and your pre-work assigned. Over the next week or two you note what energizes you and what you would hand off, the tasks that repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly, and the one role you wish you had supporting you.

The four-hour workshop

Remote or at your office. We set up AI on the platform your organization already uses, build your first workflows together so they are running before we finish, and write your AI posture: our green, yellow, red guide for which work AI may touch and who reviews it.

Twelve monthly one-to-one sessions

One hour a month for a year, side by side. We review what ran, work a live task from your desk, coach you through the next skill, and set one assignment for the month ahead.

What happens during the first conversation?

We talk through how you work and what you want AI to help with, explain how the workshop and monthly sessions run, and confirm whether AI Executive Setup or AI Implementation is the right path. When it is a fit, we schedule the kickoff call and the workshop and send your pre-work.

Do I need technical experience?

No. You bring your work, your context, and your judgment. We handle the setup, build the first workflows with you, and leave you with a workbook and reference materials for running and adjusting them.

What if I have only used ChatGPT or Copilot a little?

That is the usual starting point. We build the setup around the account you already use. You bring the work and your judgment. We handle the configuration and walk through the workflows with you, so you leave with working versions you can run again. No prior setup skill is needed.

What do I need before we begin?

A computer you can install a few programs on, the AI account your organization already provides, a week or two for the pre-work, and a named reviewer who approves AI-assisted work. The kickoff call confirms all of it.

Can I use my existing AI account?

Yes. Your organization chooses and manages the platform, and we set up around it. We have a companion guide for Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot, personalized to the one you use. You keep the account and pay the provider directly.

How long does the engagement run?

Twelve months. A 30-minute kickoff call, a four-hour workshop, then one hour a month, one to one, for a year. Timing is set around your calendar.

Is this remote or in person?

Either. The workshop runs remote or at your office, and the monthly sessions are one to one, usually remote. When you want us on-site, travel is billed at actual cost.

How do we handle access and business information?

Before the workshop, we confirm your AI platform, access, and your organization’s requirements, and you work inside the AI policies your organization already has. Monthly sessions work from real, sanitized inputs you approve. Work involving shared systems, sensitive customer, member, or employee data, complex integrations, or automated actions is evaluated through AI Implementation.

How do I stay in control?

AI assists. You review. Your organization approves. A named reviewer signs off on every piece of AI-assisted work, and the green, yellow, red framework you write in the workshop defines what AI may touch.

What happens after the twelve months?

You keep everything: the setup, your written posture, the framework, and the materials. If the next opportunity involves shared workflows, connected systems, or automation, we evaluate it through AI Implementation.

What if the task belongs in a larger company system?

Shared team workflows, connected company systems, sensitive shared data, integrations, and automated actions follow our AI Implementation path. Intake helps identify when the opportunity belongs there, and we give you a clear recommendation.
